Our channel is formed by volunteers and all our services are offered free of charge.
Our volunteers are all prepared to offer free malware help to users in a professional and timely fashion.
Today this team runs some projects like:
"Free Malware Assistance" ? This is one of the most important and active projects of our team. Here our members do what automatic anti virus programs can't do: Manual removal of malware like gtbots,simple spam scripts, etc. Malware which can't be detected by anti virus programs due to the nature of the malware. Also, we perform a manual detection, analysis, and removal of malware by using HijackThis and/or by checking common startup registry locations, netstat output, and many other procedures our members learned to do in a safe environment by following and passing our exigent "Training Program." "Learn to Stay Secured" - To prevent future malware-related problems, we write articles and give advice to clients about how to stay secured.
"Learn to manually clean a virus" - Internal project offered to our members only, for cleaning viruses which haves less than 10 components and can be performed manually.
Also, we have several free alliances and partnerships for sharing of important malware-related information. For example, while helping our clients, we often find new malware versions/updates which are not yet recognized by most common anti virus programs.
